Begin with the basics of healing touch with a 60 minute Swedish Massage or deepen your alignment and awakening with a 90 minute Modality Mash Up that seeks to untie every knot. Services includes hot steam towels for back and feet, warm neck roll, eye cover, hot/cold packs, aromatherapy and is based on a range of modalities blended for your care. Utilizing the ancient art of suction (or negative pressure), cupping provides amazing therapeutic results in far less time than regular massage.  Skillfully applied cups pull and stretch the body’s tissues, lengthen your muscles, release myofascial adhesions, increase circulation, stimulate the movement of your lymph, clear interstitial debris, and initiate the parasympathetic nervous system. Dive in for Full Body Himalayan Hot Salt Stone Energy Therapy using a specific sequence of massage to balance Tsing points, meridians and source points. This restorative massage provides deep relaxation and helps to relax your body, mind and spirit. ​A sweet and salty, muscular massage using medium to deep pressure to massage the entire body. The warmth of the stones helps in achieving a greater sense of relaxation to the body through deep tissue technique used in this routine that helps to softly release muscles that typically get tight, sore or compromised.
