Like many in our world, my journey into healing began with incurring wounds that needed healing!

I consider myself extremely blessed to have a beautiful family, a husband of 10 years who I met at age 13; 

we are even born on the same day, just hours apart from each other. Together we are raising and bouncing baby boy + two precious daughters and striving to live each day conscious & aware with a mission to serve humanity.

 

It took a lot of work to get here, but it was all worth it. Thankfully I was born into a family of generational trauma which offered challenges to be overcome at an early age, fantastically including the opportunity to live on the shores of the Pacific Ocean in Costa Rica during my youth and live in Majestic Texas, finally settling for good in the Enchanting Brazos Valley.

 

 In order to trigger my own spiritual awakening my family faced difficulties, by age 14 I was living with Guardians; I was strongly driven to create my own path in life despite seeing many around me fall prey to the darkness of our world. I hit my first true dark night of the soul after an unexpected suicide my senior year of high school. It became clear to me I had a lot of trauma in my wake, and this blow had no where to go inside of me, I was already stuffed! I intuitively began retrieving the bits of my self trapped in moments of trauma in my life. Things began to improve but at this point my family was still in the dark. There came a day when I became a mother and chose very deliberately to hold only unconditional love, empathy, and forgiveness for my family and prayed for their restoration. Shortly after this my father, brother, and mother came back into my life within 24 hours of each other, a year later my sister joined us and as of fall 2021 my aunt has walked into restoration as well. The women of my life had spent a combined 30+ years as homeless drug addicts and my father had struggled with Schizoaffective Disorder and deep childhood trauma; as a child I could not help them except to help myself, which meant walking away alone.

I know in my heart that it was the work I was doing that cast healing across my entire family.

To me this is a living testament to the power of self healing and the Quantum Effect it has on our entire lineage and inspires my healing philosophy on a daily basis.

I’ve been an LMT since 2011, a Doula since 2015, Reiki & Ashiatsu Practitioner since 2017 and Certified Cupping Therapist since 2019. Every day, I strive to both educate and heal my clients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives. I pride myself on identifying exactly which path to lead my client on in order to ensure their comfort while ushering their body and mind into a state of balance. In order to best serve my clients as well as myself I am fluent in Spanish and have concentrated my efforts learning modalities that restore equilibrium to the body through travels to Asia to study the arcane arts of Qigong and Taoist healing principles in addition to clinical rehabilitation experience in physical medicine and Prenatal Massage including Massage Doula Certification so expectant mothers can relax assured and get maximum relief in addition to private childbirth and lactation classes with a holistic twist.  I have always had a natural knack for healing. Blessed to start receiving regular massage at age seven, I have been using my hands (and feet!) to relieve others for most of my life!
